OP How about you title it "Swan Song"? The term, if you don't know, comes from the ancient myth that the Mute Swan is utterly silent for all of it's life until death, when it releases one last beautiful song, like an exhale, until going silent. I think it goes well with the mood you're trying to create. A sort of somber, withering beauty that slips through our fingers when we don't want to let go. And it can be taken different ways; whether referring to your guitar serenade or simply the day you spent together as a sort of musical send off from this world.
