Of course, they may be a problem or two, but it's not going to be gamebreaking. 10 seconds will really only give you enough time to land 1 or 2 good shots.[/quote] Yeah I agree. Nah...[/quote] It would blow my mind if Invasion (or if we have another gametype) allowed us to play as ANY Covenant race and just have at it. That would be beyond epic... and now with Elites being their actual size and not messed with for "balance" purposes... why not add a Brute or a Grunt playable character? Kinda like Perfect Dark with the Elvis alien character being shorter. Meh, I know it isn't realistic but one can dream. I kind of just imagined Invasion being like Firefight, though.   • Cool update. I'll definetly be there for Halo 2's last hurrah and the maps are looking purty. Although I was hoping for some type of info on Invasion. When are we gonna know what it is?! For all we know it just could be anything. Except chess. Or could it...? Nah...

  • What I'm wondering is if areas beyond the boundaries will be freely explorable in say forge mode without the risk of the guardians taking your lunch money, like they always have, and if map critters such as birds, rats, and fish will be returning to map design, i kinda liked it in Halo 3.

The end. :)[/quote] can you specify how close you need to swing compared to Halo 3? What about how many swings it takes to kill someone? Will the shockwave knock back enemies in the same way? What aesthetic differences are there? Will it only be used by the chieftans again or will other brutes in campaign get to use it this time?

  • Those maps look beautiful, can't wait to play them on May 3rd. Hope April 14th is a grand send off for Halo 2. Spent so many hours playing that game...will be sad to see it go.
