If you believe someone is cheating, you can use the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13967]Contact Submission Form[/url] to to report them (even video) to Bungie. Also be sure to use your regular reporting options in game when you see questionable activity. Furthermore, you can also report a player through Xbox Live and PSN.
