year 1 vip reward

ive been deployed and just got back to enjoy some taken king to find that i cant get the vip reward even thought i had the requirements for the reward can anyone give me some help ?

Hi Shadow_Shin, I'm sorry, but in order to qualify for the Taken King VIP rewards you must have purchased and played The Taken King before February 1st. More details here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13559
