This is how people get wrongfully banned from trials. Just because their bar is changing doesn't mean they are lag switching. I really hope you haven't been reporting people unless you have actual footage of them lag switching. I know for a fact that my bar changes a lot. Some days I get great internet, some days I can't even log on to Xbox live, other days it's iffy. Doesn't mean I "lag switch". Also this type of post really doesn't fit with the help section, feedback would be a better choice.
