There is a bully in one of my classes. That bullys a lot of people and plays dirty in basketball. He fouls even without having the ball. Yesterday I could have messed him up several times but I didn't. But after he bully this fresh man and hurt him badly mentally. Not physically. The teacher won't deal with this for some reason What do I do today
