Let the community drive the choices.

I've been playing destiny since launch and thoroughly enjoyed it, But ive taken a hiatus mostly due to lack of content but also many of the choices made by the bungie team. This particular game on console has the potential to be one of the best franchises ever created, but not if it stays on its current course. With that said it suffers from not heading the advice that the community gives. We play this game. We are the ones who enjoy it. We are the people that drive this game forward. But we as the community have very little say on how this game is shaped. Runescape is a game I used to play back in my younger years, and have recently found my way back for a different form of entertainment. While playing I discovered the devs have implemented a poll booth Where players voted on changes to the game. These polls reflected in game voting and also voting done on they're forums. It gave players control over things such as rewards, game mechanics, optimizations, ease of life updates. Needing a 65% approval for these changes to be made in game. This can easily be implemented in the tower using the same system used to archive our exotics as a by weekly poll. They also hold a weekly Q&A where they speak to the community about upcoming changes and gather feedback similar to that of the weekly bungie update. I'm not saying bungie should follow this model to the t. But letting us express what we want out of a nightfall, what we want the connections in pvp to be based around ( I'm sorry but you saying ur improving the connection but making it so the end scores are close is something u devs want, not us the players. Connection is king period.), how Manny points u get from activities, the glimmer cap, balancing, buffs and nerfs and Manny more things should be developed by you ( the bungie team) yet implemented by us for us ( the players). You have the creative freedom to do anything and everything but let's us judge if the implementation is correct. The thousands of people playing this game are bound to find a better way of implementation that 100 people working on the content. It's OK to make changes but let us manage it after the fact and see how we respond to it. Ty to the bungie team for making a great game. Let's work together to make an amazing one.
