How much does it hurt to have a tooth removed? They said it will be numbed but not sure about that. It's a baby tooth that is two to the right from my right front tooth.
Edit: linked the picture of the tooth. Sorta weird.

Well I had 2 permanent ones removed once, the most pain is the fact that they give you injections straight in your mouth
-
You wont feel it, had two teeth pullet, one gland removed and part of my tounge band cut of in one go. The injection is the worst part.
That shit was worse than hetting tounge band and gland cut, which wasnt sedated
-
I had 4 teeth removed at once. The injection is more painful than the actual removal.
-
Ohhh buddy, you gonna feelzz it when the drugs go away.
-
With drugs it feels like a pulling sensation
-
I had 7 teeth out at once to get braces fitted. I was on something so I didn't even know what was going on at the time and felt zero pain.
-
Had a tooth removed in November. They put you on Nitrous Oxide and you don't feel a thing other than a little pressure

Edited by nallimokmok: 1/25/2016 11:12:35 PMIll be honest with you. Without drugs thats gonna hurt alot, but here's the olus side: you'll get drugs and you wont feel a thing.

You won't feel it with the numbness

It won't hurt

Better than getting it done at home. They'd tie one end of a string to your tooth and the other to a doorknob, then use tongs to put a hot coal closer and closer to your face until you pulled your head back, effectively ripping the affected tooth out of your mouth. Then you'd have to clean up your bloody mess and be given a bottle of whiskey for the pain. I had a great childhood.

Don't worry bout it. Dentists are pros, they do hundreds of tooth pulls. You'll be in and out in 10 minutes.
-
You're still getting teeth in? What are you 10?
-
Wait don't they put you under for that?
-
The thing that hurts if you get numbing is not the tooth it self, it's the 30 damn shots you get to numb it
-
They said it will be numbed but not sure about that.
No The Dentist will straight up just pull it out with all intention to make you feel the pain. How is this even a question? Seriously though nothing to worry about, it'll feel strange. But shouldn't hurt.
-
Doesn't hurt at all, you'll be fine.
-
Man-up! It's a cake walk.
-
They said it will be numbed but not sure about that.
Because you obviously know more about a tooth being removed than a dentist.
-
Pretty much same process as a cavity filling in the terms of numbing, but more stuff. So they will swab your gum to numb it, then stick a needle in the gum (even when numbed it feels weird) then that entire area of your face will be numb
-
It'll kill, and you'll feel the pains for the rest of your life from the scars.
-
They swab your gums to numb them before applying a needle to numb itv even further (you don't feel the needle). It shouldn't hurt.

Edited by tjustie: 1/25/2016 3:23:11 AMYou can't even really feel it. The syringe going into your gum to numb it on the other hand, that feels weird.
