Excuse me for playing Destiny: sitting this meta out
Crucible is no fun because of rampant sniping. I've adjusted my entire play style to deal with them...and nothing works. Excuse me for expecting the game to allow me to play some semblance of a CQC/mid range style.
Excuse me for looking around a corner. Note to self: Getting a fix on the enemy is a bad strategy.
Excuse me for knowing that a sniper is near, running full sprint, and jumping like a jack rabbit into a slide, in an attempt to revive a team mate(just to get sniped in the head while sliding).
Excuse me for being around the corner because I dodged the sniper bullet and take the next one through the wall.
Excuse me for closing the gap by making myself completely invisible and off radar just to be sniped immediately in CQC while my shotgun leaves a sliver of health.
Hell, excuse me for even being in this part of the map. In year one I could go into this part of the map without losing my head immediately... And eventually excuse me for being in the map at all if I am not sniping.

I'm sitting this meta out and waiting for the patch notes. If they never come F it...enjoy your slow paced snipe-fest.
Sniping hasn't reached its zenith yet. Just wait, the resilient among us who refuse to quit will become decent snipers and the last shred of fun in the crucible will dissolve.

Crucible isn't fun anymore. It's more of a pain to play. It's the same guns running around and there's barely any variety anymore. Of the hundreds of guns to use, all you see is: Last Words, Doctrine of Passing, Midas, Party Crashers, conspiracy Theories, 1000 Yard Stares... That's it....6 guns out of what? 300? I get excited when someone challenges me with an auto rifle or even a pulse rifle... And that's pretty sad.

I'm laughing at all of these kids putting "insane sniper kill" montages on YouTube. Video loads, sure as shit they have a 1000 yard stare equipped. I used one that I obtained once and it took absolutely no skill. It pulls the reticle to their head if you just aim over their body. It was basically, scope in, enemy tag pops up, pull the trigger, profit. I got what had to have been some of the easiest kills I've ever gotten with a sniper rifle using that weapon. Sniping in halo took skill. This garbage in destiny recently caters to bad kids.

Your excused, just dont do it again. 😂 But seriously i agree.. i used to log in only for trials and that laggy even that comes monthly... not even doin that anymore. If there is any hope that the small percent of people that quit this game because of the state its in make any kind of a difference then im happy to be apart of that small percent.. if not im happy to leave this game where it is.

I feel your frustration. Nobody uses a primary .. They have been nerfed to white.
