YEAR ONE legendaries

If they removed defense stats from ghost and class items.... im pretty sure EVERYONE will love the new light level system.

How about new content? Unrecycled and story driven new content. Basically anything close to what we were shown back in 2013.

What I don't understand is why they changed what wasn't broken. The old nightfall system of getting rep, returning to orbit, and giving a weekly buff was fine. The old strike system with vanguard marks and crucible marks as separate currencies was fine. Vanguard strikes were easy and fun to just roll through. The old reforging system needed tweaking, but wasn't that bad. Should have just cost like 50 crucible marks per reforge. So that's 2 per week. Done. Or how about Gunsmith weapon trade-ins? Get a gun you don't like the perks on, then give it to Banshee and next Arms Day he'll have 3 new random rolls for you to choose from. Etheric light upgrading gear was fine. They just needed to have more of them available. People who ran Trials and POE had tons, everyone else had hardly any. They didn't need to take elements off certain primaries, or take out the weekly heroic strike. These new heroic vanguard strikes with "fresh troops" blow. The new strikes in general blow. They should have kept the olds ones in a random playlist. Removing 100 rep bounties was a stupid idea. Adding ghost shells and random emotes and things to the nightfall was stupid. People want gear and loot, not junk. Especially when 310+ ghosts are so easily attainable elsewhere. Constantly nerfing weapons didn't need to happen either. Exotic hand cannons needed to lose aggressive ballistics and all hand cannons needed a little damage drop off from longer ranges, and auto rifles needed to have their damage buffed. That was it. Blink didn't need to be killed. In 3v3 game modes, you saw a fair share of sniping and blink shotgunning. Blink shotgun was a good way to counter campers. Now, you can't. Defensive long distance engagements are now the Crucible. Shotguns never needed to be nerfed in all the ways they were, Bungie just needed to stop making Felwinters archetypes. If we had shotguns that had worse range at maximum, with lower impact by a higher fire rate, the slide to one-shot at 15 yards problem would have sorted itself out. Also. Slightly larger maps would have helped the shotgun epidemic. Throwing 12 players into Nuketown game after game is a recipe for disaster. I could go on, but I just lost 0.04% of my life posting this, so I'll call it there.

all of the above also - make etheric light work to upgrade weapons/gear in increments instead of max would make POE relevant again even if other POE rewards were still poo if incremental etheric light could be applied to y1 items to get them to y2 - it is unlikely there would be a flood of Y2 items since only 6 light/week are up for grabs (unless you get an extra from variks weekly box or queen rank reward) making up numbers - say +5 light for exotics and +10 for legendary - that would at least partially offset the crappy triple RNG in KF yet still not make everyone an instant 320

I vote with bringing back old strikes, raids and PoE and making them relevant. Also, bring back old story missions for the daily. Yesterday's mission was a nice surprise. And how about a selectable difficulty for patrol? I enjoy patrolling the Cosmodrome, but I can do it in my sleep with one hand tied behind my back.

I want everything from year one. Guns strikes raids etc. I paid over a 100 dollars for shít that's no longer of use bring it back.

I want to be able to play heroic strikes without getting the blamin omnigul strike every time. As well as being able to play old raids for good loot

I would vote for everything. Bring ALL Y1 exotics to Y2 and at minimum put all of the old strikes in the TTK playlist rotations.

Alright. You woke the Bear up, I'm all for this. Here is what I think though. Old nightfall/ all the strikes that are not updated get updated lol Update Prison of Elders put new taken bosses and/ or new bosses (like a queens emissary or personal guard or I know all of you want to fight her brother.) Update all the Year1 raids (Fresh gear or the same gear but with new names and perks?) And this ones more of just a personal preference. New strike playlist, like nightfall type strike playlist.

Crota and VoG if the drops were relevant to year 2 would be huge for me

Give me some single player ways to get to 320 and Id play forever. I dont really like the raid this time and while I like pvp, I miss playing pve sometimes
