I FIGURED IT OUT...ish
Alright so I think I finally figured out why Destiny is breaking apart, bear with me.
Bungie is obviously causing the community to split apart, what happens when things split? They [b]shatter[/b].
But wait, bungie just nerfed [b]sun[/b]breakers.
[b]sun[/b]breakers use [b]solar[/b] energy....
Destiny 2 [b]shattered[/b] Suns confirmed
