Why are like 70% of the exotic engrams i open up at 310 light decrypt to 290 light? Did they nerf this too? The only way to get 310+ engrams is from raids and nightfalls and such? I can only imagine it for anyone who is 315+ (idk if you can actually get 320 exactly yet you prob can i dont wanna assume for that) still getting 290s. Or is it RNG? Pretty dumb since im exactly at 310 so 290s regardless are useless. oh and is anyone getting exotic boot or heavy engrams? not that stupid legacy one xur is selling im talking an actual exotic heavy engram that an ultra dropped.
