So I've noticed that if you give Mama Murphy chems before any main mission, she will give you a little tip. If you do this before the hunter/hunted mission she will give you a synth reset code which unlocks special dialogue when talking to the courser. It insta-kills him as he whispers "how did you.." as he falls to the ground. This might be helpful for a survival/very hard playthrough because the courser can be kinda tough -Ballarms
