If/when we get Y2 Dreg's Promise....
The exotic perk on it needs to be "This weapon is Dual-Wielded at the cost of aiming down sights" & the first perk should be Increased Hip Fire Accuracy.
I mean, as is, the gun is a complete waste of an exotic slot. Been here since Day 1 I've never seen a person use it.
If they added this however it would instantly make the most unique gun in the game and definitely worth using.

Problem is compared to other Side arms the projectile travel time is to slow people can literally just dodge your shots at times.

It just needs better stability and accuracy
