Sunsingers, does anyone of you actually use the melee perk "Solar Wind"?

I barely see people mentioning and talking about it. Seems no one uses it.
What do you think about it? Is it useful in certain situations or is it pretty much useless unless you want to troll other players?

On the rare occasion I play as my Warlock I use it to bunt people off the edge...
