Touch of Malice Setup?
I'm going to get the Touch of Malice tomorrow and was curious about what I need to run for it. What is the best subclass setup for the Touch? Do I need to set up a high armor? Will that effect how many times a can shoot the last round before it will kill me or should I do a recovery setup to get my health back faster?
