It's all common knowledge now that the original version of Destiny was scrapped and vivisected to make the current incarnation, but I for one would like to know the linear story version that Joe Staten created. I want to play a game that had the wrench time put in and wasn't hacked apart and slapped together in a year. I mean, we've all already paid enough money to cover the cost of 2 games. (Destiny made 500 million in the first 24 hours, How much have they made in the subsequent year?) Could we at least play the real story? It doesn't even have to impinge on the current game. Just the story missions and cut scenes in a single player campaign if need be. Anyone else with me on this?
