The proposal is quite simple. in order for any tru semblance of balance to happen in a game that has both pvp and pve it needs to have them seperated.
some of the most balanced/best online pvp in the world has done this (guild wars 1 off the top of my head)
its really a no brainer. this is whats needed, then if a nerf happens in PVE or PVP it wont cause a domino/bleed effect into the other.
suddenly guns can be crazy powerful in PVE
but the same gun wont be so overwhelming in PVP
who can refute this as being a good idea?
