Legendary mask question
So I've been at work all day and still won't be able to jump into the festival for a couple hours. I've been reading everything for the festival, and I know you can collect all the masks by collecting candy. My question is on the paper glue needed to turn the masks into legendaries so I can keep them after Nov. 9th. Is there a way to get paper glue other than dismantling other legendary masks or buying packages from Tess?

You can get all 16 (not sure about the flaming blue mask) without spending silver. Just keep filling candy bags and turn them in. You get 1 glue per character for free. You have to buy any more than that.
