Touch of malice
I have completed all quest for this exotic found 45 out of the 50 fragments completed the old hunger and hunger pains and defeated the night on the endless mind strike as directed to but the game will not give me the last quest on phoboes and Eris will not make it available.

4 RepliesWell unfortunately you have to have found 45 with one character. If you go to orbit, open the dreadnaught and on the lower right hand side(I think) it'll show how many that character collected.
