Start up Exclusion zone at 240 Light, kill everything except the two Phalanx that spawn from the second ship. Have them kill you, rinse and repeat :)
You get around 5 candies per major, so you only have to kill 30 or so to get 150. You can max a candy bag in 3-4 runs, takes about 10 mins max.
