As the title says I know a lot of people are fed up seeing the same thing in the help feed so lets try to keep this trending to solve the issues. [b][u]No Time To Explain[/u][/b] At the moment this quest is timelocked. You had to have turned in the cult shell the last time paradox was the daily. If you turned it in on a day that paradox was the daily you must wait until the next time paradox is the daily for the quest to launch. Edit: it seems that most people got their quest on weekly refresh so that is is the new waiting period foe the quest to start [b][u]Sleeper Simulant[/u][/b] Similarly to No Time To Explain sleeper simulant is a timed locked exotic. Once you have all four davlin relics. (You will know because they stopped dropping) you must wait for bungie to reactive The First Firewall mission on Earth. It is assumed this will be on the 7th of every month but that hasn't been confirmed so keep checking. [b][u]A Sword Reforged[/u][/b] This is a bug that happens when you get the sword on one character but max it on another this glitches the quest and it locks out. Some players claim that switching the sword back and forth and trying to talk to shaxx with both with the sword equiped will fix it but again not confirmed. The only know work around is getting a new sword with another character and not moving it around and maxing it on that one. Bungie is aware of this bug and is looking into it [b][u]Touch Of Malice[/u][/b] The issue most people have is that a tracker site says they have 45 fragments but the quest is not popping. That is because those sites track account wide not characters individually. You must have 45 fragments on a single character. You can check how many on the directory by clicking on the dreadnaught and in the bottom right corner it will tell you how many that character has. From here it is a guessing game as to what ones you are missing and you just have to look up a guide and rerun it. Can we please keep this going to try to keep the help section cleaner.
