You can only purchase up to $500 silver on the Xbox 360.
• Silver purchased on store.Xbox.com only applies to Xbox One consoles.

You're not the only one with this frustrating problem I also can't access silver a red banner pops up saying silver not able to sync . And yes this has been since silver launched. If you get an answer before I do please let me know and I'll do the same.
