Wont let me purchase silver on xbox 360.

Ok. I've posted on here two times already, and this will be my third for this problem. Everytime I try to buy silver on 360 it says "Silver sync failed" on the game and on the dashboard, it says "The application is unavailable". Seriously? I've contacted Microsoft, they said that Bungie should be notified about this, and that Microsoft themselves could not help me. But so far, Bungie contacted me once on my forum post about this. I responded a couple times, hoping for a solution. Essentially, they said to clear my hard drive's cache and then they stopped responding after that! They did say one other thing but it was essentially them thinking I was actually able to make a silver purchase, but that was the FREE silver I got from the update itself. So please Bungie, if you can take time out of your busy day to actually help, that would be great.

    You can only purchase up to $500 silver on the Xbox 360. • Silver purchased on store.Xbox.com only applies to Xbox One consoles. If you have mistakenly purchased one of these packs on store.xbox.com and are playing on an Xbox 360, you will need to do one of the following: Sign into your Destiny account on an Xbox One console, or contact Xbox Support for assistance with your purchase of Silver for the wrong console. https://support.xbox.com

      XBL Content Purchase and Usage service for XB360 is currently down and being looked at. Once XBL is back to 100% you should be able to purchase again.

      • Bump... Still having this issue and haven't gotten any answers worth the effort since the Silver update... If someone has any idea how to fix this, please let me know...
