No Time To Explain Quest not showing up.
Last week I found the Praedyth's Cult Ghost from the Daily Paradox mission. I turned it into Lakshmi and got 5 motes of light but no quest. Am I missing something?

Those of us that found the ghost the last time it came up were the ones that got to move forward with the quest. Don't stress it too much. I did all of the pre-requisite stuff for the Sleeper quest but didn't get a chance to run the First Firewall mission when it was active, and now I'm stuck waiting around for whenever that comes up again too.

It will most likely show up next time paradox is the daily. Just keep your eyes out.
