I need help Bungie!
When in Xbone home screen I'm running 12.44Mbps, after logging in to Destiny I get 0.36Mbps. My internet provider said that they've seen a virus recently that can sap all of your bandwith and they wonder if that isn't the issue. Any trouble shooting help would be great. I've cleared my cache and reset Xbone & router so far. I'm uninstalling and reinstalling as I type this (its going to take awhile at 0.36Mbps) and that's all I'm aware of doing at this point.

3 RepliesEdited by Just Dan: 10/26/2015 7:42:11 PMMake sure that you are using a wired connection and remove all other devices off your network (tablets, phones, pc's, etc). Other than that, what other issues are you having? Any error codes?
