I kind of have the same problem, I have 41 calcified fragments right now and I can only get max of 3 more which are the nightfall one, and the 2 other tier 3 court, as 44,45,46 nobody has found yet and 3 don't even exist in the grimoire. But besides that after I turned in the forming the frame quest step, it did not give me the next quest for hunger pangs which is supposed to be kill something in the undying strike and I had 30+ fragments at the time, not sure why questline and fragments are bugged, and I don't know where to get another fragment since no one has found the rest of them yet to get my 45th.

I have a problem with calcified fragments in the app it tells me i have 45 fragments and everywhere i go it tells me i got 45 but moris isnt giving me the quest and at the dreadnaught it tells me that i have 44 but its impossible cause im only missing five and i just cant redo missions cause it doesn't give me the fragments please help either #Bungie Or someone that has had this problem
