Eris won't tell me to collect 30 fragments.
I already had 44 when I beat the raid and turned in the exotic piece and materials needed to make the gun stock. Once this was completed she gave me an antiquated rune. After that the quest runs dry. So I searched what the next step was and she needs me to collect 30 fragments. Well I already have 44 meaning the only ones missing are t3 court bosses or the ones bungie bastards have hidden from everyone thus far. So how do I complete this quest if Eris won't let me progress when I already have over the required amount? Do I seriously need to wait for reset so I can get a different boss in the court if so that's not very fair to the players that went ahead and got all the fragments before doing the raid. If I would have know I got this glitch I would have waited.

If you already did the Promethean Code Heroic and the Undying Mind Strike to get the first two Essence of the Feast then you just need to collect 45 fragments on your character to get the final quest.

She doesn't give you a quest to find 30 fragments. Simply finding 30 unlocks the quest step to get the Essence of the Feast in a special version of the Undying Mind strike. After that, once you find 45 fragments, she will give you the next step which is to get the Essence from a special version of the Fear's Embrace mission on Phobos. There is no actual quest that will show up in your quest screen telling you to find the fragments.
