Bungie I'm dissatisfied that one must rely on RNG or possibly spend copious amounts of money in silver to attain the Skull Mask. This was a poor decision for the long term for the good of Destiny. I feel you're playing with fire wit microtransactions as it is. I understand the business logic and such and know that you're in this to make money. Don't get me wrong, I don't claim to be entitled to special treatment for playing this game in fact I love Destiny. I however am disappointed that the skull mask cannot be obtained directly either through farming the candy bags or directly from Tess. It's a cool cosmetic that should more people should be able to buy, not just get lucky with RNG. Please @bungie in the future don't rely on this sort of RNG tactic to "farm" money from your fans.

How can I return treasures of the lost and get money back

Hi, just wondering if the haloween masks will be available to be acquired next haloween? I currently have legendary versions of 16 of the 17 masks (only missing the exotic engram one) and with today being the last day of the festival I have a feeling I am not going to have much luck with getting that last mask. I don't want to spend anymore money on silver (espically since there is no gurenetee that doing so will get me that last mask), but if the masks will be avaliable again next year then I won't be so disappointed that I never got a full set before the event ended. Thanks!

This is about match making ,trials of Osiris, and Iron banner. Recently you lead the people to believe that they could get iron banner gear at top tier, It painfully was not the case. So make Iron banner harder. Make people earn that crap. They will earn it and they will earn it in packs. In fact make an iron banner a tournament. You have trials of Osiris. Make the top players of trials of osiris battle the top players of iron banner. Its kids games to you and I know your millking it, but I tell you if you guys hold tournaments not only will they come, but they will bring people that are "not so into games" into games because they are that damn good because they people to play with. Match making why isnt trials of osiris matchmaking? Thats retarded, more people will play and find find better teams if it were matchmaking or something. All in all make iron banner harder get rid.....oh while im thinking about it why the hell would i get any item under my light level ....299 goes into any effing strike really you think im going to abuse light level 295 or 285 blue rare and you give me 266 or 275 really? Ok halo 5 is just a couple dollars more then you and you keep me with this? Halo players are trading in their ps4 for xbox one to play halo and since they cant bring over thier guardians to xbox one they give it up. I completely disappointed the way this Festival works. I got quest with Cryptharch and just wasted my time trying to get this mask... Is that Cryptarch mask so rare to get? Anything but not that you need. How many hours you developers expect we should spend trying to get such simple thing? Or if you by accident have two tasks out of three completed in quest - you will never get the last item you need to complete the quest? Is it the way you force people spend real money to get it? Never...

Just a heads up, completing all 3 quests to do with the masks doesn't do anything but give you 1 bag per quest. Each bag will most likely give you a mask you already have. I thought this was how you got the blue skull but I was sadly mistaken. Thank god I just grinder & didn't spend any money on this event that seems to be more of a trick than a treat. The little grinding I did in hope to get a mask with no level on it..

Does anyone know how many masks for definite there are? The news article has 15 thumbnails, says there's 16, yet I have 17. I've got Atheon, Cryptarch, Crota, Uncommon/Rare/Legendary/Exotic Engram, Eris, Oryx, Petra, Skolas, Speaker, Tiger, Traveler, Warden, Xur and the Skull mask. Do I have them all or there more? And does anything know if anyone else is going to happen after all 3 quests are done? I've done them and nothing's happened so far apart from getting new mystery bags from Eva.

The festival was fun at first then knowing no actual rewards for completing quests line. It became boring fast. Wish the mask became actual helmets to wear.

I swore to myself I would never buy in-game stuff from anything. But then I see the flaming blue skull mask. I decide to make a gamble and try for it. I buy a stack of 6 Treasures of the Lost. I make sure I have enough space and open them all. Much to my disappointment I didn't get it. But I did get 2 Speakers, 2 Rare engrams, and 2 Cryptarch. Notice anything.... I do... 17 possible, 6 options 3 doubles... The odds are extremely unlikely Normally I wouldn't care over a RNG but I paid for a chance. Not a stack decked to cheat gambling addicts. I don't even want the skull anymore just fix your RNG or I quit.

I finally broke down and bought some packages after seeing a couple clanmates were fortunate enough to get the blue skull mask.I knew better than to spend real money on RNG, but did anyways and guess what? No -blam!-ing skull mask in any of the packages!! I had read of people buying A LOT of packages and still not getting that skull. I screwed up falling for it plain and simple. Luckily I didn't break the bank like some of those people and can accept my losses with this: Enjoy my $$$ Bungie. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. That'll be the last $$$ I spend on Silver, and I'm far from the only one. Here's a tip Bungie, when you roll out micro-transactions, don't -blam!- people out of their $$$ just a few weeks down the road of it being introduced. Obviously, you should't -blam!- people out of their $$$ EVER, but this soon after introducing Silver and this many people already feeling ripped off (thanks to your always wonderful RNG) is probably one of the dumbest business mistakes I have ever seen. The genius who thought this one up should be fired...and to be honest, it wouldn't surprise me to see legal ramifications from this. I hope you guys talked this one through with your lawyers real good, because $$$ for RNG borders dangerously close to gambling. I'm pretty sure you'd have to be 18+ to gamble, if gambling is even allowed where some people are. Think: scratch off lottery tickets....to minors. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
