Taken king PS3 to ps4

So I got a ps4 a few days ago with the taken king but on my PS3 I had the collectors edition digital and it keeps telling me to rebuy do I have to repay for it or how can I get it on my ps4?

TTK was never a part of the digital upgrade program. You will have to pay for a PS4 license to play TTK
