PVE Opponents of Destiny

The PVE is fairly balanced in my opinion aside from frame drop and what seems to be a change in aim assist and hit registers as the enemies difficulties increase. In any case, I don't think enemies should be able to fire any type of explosive projectile at their feet and not take any damage. This is a very broken concept that has been in game since day one. For example. The Minotaur. Enough said... No but the Minotaur is the best example of this. If you have ever noticed after he kills you he will continue to fire at your orb which essentially should be self inflicting deadly splash damage. I think Self Inflicted damage is something the AI should have to pay attention to as it's something we also have to think about during our own attacks. Playing smart. Recognizing when an enemy is reloading is always a perfect opportunity to strike except, enemies in Destiny do not have to reload. Ever. Also something I would like to see. Reload for us is sometimes the difference between success and failure. Same rules should apply to the enemy. Enemy spawn zones. In certain spawn zones for AI enemies, they have a protective barrier where they are invulnerable to damage for sometime until they step out far enough. I agree with the barrier. I disagree with the enemy who keeps it's whole body inside the barrier, reaches it's gun out and returns fire while completely invulnerable to damage.
