Dude I beat oryx in hard mode for my second time and got a 303 Fusion because I didn't run normal on that titan. Drops are not guaranteed, but I do suggest not running normal before hard because you won't get gear from the actual chests in hard if you got them in normal mode have ran on all 3 characters and beat oryx 3 times it's not a bad raid but there are some things that need to be addressed like the issue with the chests not giving anything if you did normal.
