Exotic sword quest startup issues
I accidentally completed the last node of my void edge on a character that already completed the quest for raze lighter, and now I am unable to start the exotic quest on another character. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

I found a way to get past the glitch! It requires shaxx to have a quest for you. When you go to talk to him for the new quest he will offer the reforge quest directly after. Like it was in his quest pool but was previously inaccessible. Didn't have to restart my charcter!
