Suddenly, starting Saturday morning 10/24, I cannot reach the Destiny servers. Apparently, your server balancing program does not work, and I keep getting switched to a very active and busy server. I should NOT have to contact support EVERY time I want to play. You really need to correct this problem. I truly enjoy the game, but if you can't even allow your loyal customers to log on to actually play, then your product is worthless.
Granted, my approach on Saturday morning was a bit juvenile, but the intent should be clear. I paid a lot of money for a game I can no longer play, except during the slowest times of the day. Since I have a real job, and only have time to play early morning or later evening, you have basically thrown my money away, and told me I am not a valuable customer. I am truly disappointed.
I want to sign this: a dissatisfied customer, soon to NEVER purchase another Bungie game, ever. That includes the new Halo. Thank you for ADDING more frustration to my life, instead of helping me alleviate it by playing an otherwise wonderful game...

Lol you're a chump with little to zero knowledge of how a connection even works obviously. Learn how to portforward noob, and if you can't even tell us your upload and download speeds then chances are they are trash.

Bungie sold halo a long time ago, and they dot have any servers so the issue is your internet because it uses p2p connections. So if you keep getting contacting destiny servers id look into a better internet provider
