Stuck at 44 fragments
On my grimore and destiny tracker it shows that I have 47/50 fragments, but on the game is shows me at 44/50. Is it glitch out and has this happened to anybody else?

Your grimoire shows your account wide collection and in-game it shows how many you've collected on that character. You should run by a guide to see if you've missed anything on the character you are doing the quest on.
