Hello all, The reason I am typing this is because I feel this weapon needs a re-work and deserves a year 2 version. Why? It is one of the most unquie gun designs in the game, which is part of the point of many exotics. Changing of "The Master" perk will affect the gun in its entirety. Instead of "Increase precision damage. Precision kills grant damage boost" I believe it should be this: "Precision hits increase precision damage" (around 4 seconds), this effect stacks and the stacks are refreshed for every new stack. This means as long as you keep hitting quick precision hits each shoot will do increasing damage. Great for bosses and high hp enemies in PvE if you can keep it up etc. (It'll be hard, hence you have to be "The Master") The perk Outlaw should be this weapons 'secret' or 'hidden' perk. And this is why: I suggest that the cocking of the weapon should be its reload. Therefore after a precision kill the gun will cock faster and there is no other interruptions to its already usually slow fire rate. (Rewarding good PvP players) Bug fixes: There should be no sniper glint, it has no scope The 'quick cocking' should be fixed in light of the suggested change above These changes will keep this unquie gun up to date in the Crucible (for skillful players) and even somewhat useful in PvE (please add more reserve ammo!). Otherwise just turn it into a sword when you run out of ammo so you can swing it at people (it sure is long enough). Thanks for reading, what do you think? Edited for spelling
