Sunbreaker is over powered. Lets just admit it. The damage resistance is just too high. No super should have the ability to get headshotted by a thousand yard stare, say "It's just a flesh wound" throw a hammer, kill someone and regenerate all their health. Possible general nerfs: A. Less damage resistance or less damage resistance to snipers, so that they can be oneshot in the head. B. Less agility by abot 30% C. If directly hit by a shadow shot, suppression begins instantly Possible Specific nerfs: D. Cauterize procs less often (50% of the time in super, but all the time with other abilities) E. Cauterize only starts regeneration, rather than just filling health F. Cauterize regeneration is slower than normal regeneration

  • My only caution for nerfing the Sunbreaker is it comes in real handy in team PvE. If Bungie could isolate nerf and buffs to only PvE or Pvp, then I would be more receptive to changes. This is coming from a Hunter, but it would be cool if my Shadowshot denied the target's ability to use its weapon or super. It's hard enough to get your arrow on target, just to get killed by the trapped target. The pinpoint destruction of the Shadowshot vs the blanket destruction of the Warlock and Titan supers would still heavily favor the latter two, but it would be awesome to once in a while snag one of those guys mid-super and stop them in their tracks.
