Awesome news for quitting players
You can quit destiny with absolutely no remorse and go play other games to your hearts content,
Why is that you say?
Because bungie plans to reset the entire game every year so you can quit the game for a year or two at a time and lose nothing.
That's right people that played for years won't have anything on you just save your money come back in a few years and BOOM your caught up
We love you bungie, there's some feedback we can all get behind.
Edited for clarity.
This post was an attempt to show bungie the negative affect of not rewarding long time loyal fans/players can have, of course not everyone will agree but some of us would like to see positive changes for the future.

Dont worry, at December they gonna sell the 4th DLcs called "Bungie the nerf arise" And i can tell you, you must fight new aliens called "Bungie's fans" . They can open random posts for protect Destiny and Bungie from the autodestruction and ask to nerf this and that because they wont lose in pvp

Plus, with Bungie's great business plan, you'll be able to get all released content for $60 at the end of the year while people playing throughout paid substantially more for the same content. Hell, people who wait will probably get bonus loot again. And then make all y2 obsolete and rinse, repeat.

This would be funny, if it weren't true. I mean jeez, all Year 1 players even got the [i]quests[/i] for Year 1 to do over again. Shouldn't the game have realized what quests we didn't need, based on which missions we had already done?

Most mmos have this format already. A new expansion releases making all previous gear worthless. But I do get ur point. It feels like bungie has adopted this format not because it was most fitting for the game but most fitting for fat wallets.

4 RepliesIf you want to keep up with Destiny's "story" just watch "let's play"s on YouTube. This game will always be a grind without and real reason to do the grind. They actively work to clip your wings as you progress. You get a sensation of powering up but as you scale the environment out scales you. Lvl 3 dreg doing damage to a 40 300+ guardian...
