Using a computer, go to bungie's website. Create an account, one of the tabs as you navigate will have a create clan icon. Select and create a clan. Another icon will l give you the option to make your clan the primary clan to your gamer tag. You need at least three members in your clan for the gamer tag to show up in the game.
