taken king issue

I already own destiny and want the taken king but the only way I can find to get both DLC's and the taken king is to but the legendary edition which would make me buy destiny again. is there a way to buy just the taken king and both expansions without buying destiny?

Yeah through playstation or Microsoft store but it's not worth it, you may as well buy the whole lot for the price
