I preordered exp I & ii for $35, then bought TTKCE FOR $80, but you didn't give me new codes to redeem exp I & ii again, so I got nothing. Do I not qualify for silver? If not then I should at least get the codes for exp I & ii, it's wrong to take my real money twice & give me nothing.

They charged me twice for the collectors edition for 360 with a free upgrade to xb1 before january i tried to do the upgrade in december but they wouldnt let me told me i didnt qualify even though it was advertised for the verson the double charged me for (not to mention id been following the game for years so i bought a ghost version too i still had to go buy a xbox one version and i had to start fresh and re purchase the dlcs even though i had paid for the "season pass" of 4 future dlcs and raids

They need to compensate or refund everyone who double paid for anything. This issue needs to be addressed. Where you at Deej?
