Yet another missing silver problem, and no reply from Bungie

Hey all. First time here, yadda yadda yadda. So, I purchased 1000 silver on the night that Eververse dropped, and it didn't appear in my account. I followed the steps on Bungie's help page, was directed to contact Sony. Sony replied, telling me they couldn't help aside from restoring my licenses, and to contact Bungie for assistance. I contacted Bungie, who eventually got back to me with an automated response, detailing the exact same steps as their help page suggested. If that didn't work, they told me to reply again with the transaction number (which I THINK I already did). This was 4 days ago now. I still don't have a response, and I'm still missing my 1100 silver. Needless to say, I'm pissed off. I supported Bungie's microtransactions, even liked the idea of purchasable emotes. Now I'm second guessing it. Please tell me someone else is having this problem, and it's not just me? Please tell me there's a fix.
