No guys listen.. new bug. If you try to pull an exotic from vault with app and you have an exotic already equipped on your character it won't transfer. It's like it thinks your trying to equip it instead of just transfer it. I've had this problem. I just Un equipped the exotic I had on and the item trafer to me from vault just fine.. Also if the item you're trying to transfer is locked it won't tranfer, must unlock it first

i would say if problem persists ry to unistall app...it may have just lagged itself...its happened to me before...
