Basically the Intercom person says,"Error, Bungie.net, satisfying your mom since 1991. Error"

Usually when you're about to fight or engage with them, they will start their banter. I've heard the following: When attacking 3 Dreg's and after killing 2 and running for the 3rd, he clearly says, "Oh s h i t." When approaching the cave on Venus enroute to the Ketch. Sitting under the bridge but haven't engaged them yet, Fallen Captain says, "He should be easy." Archon Priest upon first exiting his Pod says, "It's your time." After damaging a Fallen Dreg or Vandal, I often hear them call me a S.O.B. Naturally their speech is garbled, and I may be imagining things. Pay attention next time in these scenarios and see for yourself if it doesn't sound like they're saying funny s h i t to you.
