Why should you buy the legendary weapon engrams from rahool.
At light level 303 i purchased a legendary engram primary from RAHOOL.
Turned into a 310 suros regime.
Also my cryptarch is rank 45 that might have effected it. But still 135 legendary marks for a 310 exotic, best use of legendary marks so far.
I will take that gamble!
