How Many Engrams Will it Take to get Twilight Garrison?
If my hypothesis is correct, all of them. Because TG is locked behind a time wall with the other 8 hidden exotics. Maybe not a time wall exactly, I just think the drop rate is excruciatingly low.
At least until hard mode is released.

2 RepliesOnly a handful of people have it, and the Hunter Tarantula chest. Luke Smith confirmed it was a glitch and they are not supposed to be in the loot table. Its probably been fixed by now as I haven't heard of anyone getting any since the first week. On a related note, Xûr's Skull of Dire Ahemkara is not in the list of year 2 armour, nor does it appear in the Collections vault even after you buy it. Which makes me think its another mistake by Bungie. People who followed the datamining from a few months back know that Xûr is randomised well in advance, then changed by Bungie if they feel the need. I'm guessing they forgot the SoDH-yr2 wasn't supposed to be released yet.

2 RepliesHey man, No one is getting twilight. This is the only armor in the game I want so I've been keeping tabs. People have wasted a healthy amount of coins trying to obtain it to no avail. Best thing to do (imo) is get as many chest engrams you can and put them in the vault. You can also infuse 310's if you need them.
