I'm really not digging how here lately almost every engram drop from a heroic strike boss is a shitty rare that's already decrypted. At least give us engrams we can turn in at the cryptarch. Did they change something in the new patch? I didn't see anything but almost every single engram before that patch was still coded so I could take them to the cryptarch and now it's the opposite
