No Time to Explain not showing on bungie.net
It may just be me, but NTTE is not appearing in my gear on bungie.net, nor is it appearing in the gear management area. There is a placeholder, with no name, stats, or artwork. I am unable to move it from one location to another.
May we assume it's just an oversight?

No I have the same "issue" too. It's because it's a hidden exotic. You can't read the grimoire card for it either

It's probably classified and that's because it's hidden from data miners until Bungie adds the info to the database
