Please remove the video as naming and shaming is against the CoC. The best way to bring cheaters to justice is to simply use the in game report option.

However please remove the video as this goes against the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/View/bungie/conduct]Code of Conduct[/url].

It's a known glitch, they know about it, and are looking into a permanent solution.
