Wound up double buying emotes due to delay in delivery of DCE "compensation package". Any way to get that silver back?

I applied the update to my console & logged in, but only had 400 silver. I didn't know about the emote package that was apparently incoming at the time, so I paid for the 2300 silver & bought multiple emotes with that. I wound up getting disconnected by the game & then when I reconnected I "magically" had an emote package waiting that wound up having like 6 duplicated emotes in it. Sadly this was *after* the 15 minute refund window had already passed. I wish I had known about it sooner, otherwise I wouldn't have paid for the silver until after I got the "bonus" for being an early purchaser of the Digital CE. Is there any way to get the silver back for the emotes that I effectively "double purchased" due to them being part of the mystery package & also because I had paid for them?
